  • This article approaches Truth and Reconciliation Day as an ongoing and intentional practice of reconciliation, decolonization, education, and community healing. It emphasizes storytelling, respectful immersion in Indigenous histories and cultures, and honest reflection on the biases that prevent learning. Accessible methods are offered for diverse learners—visual, auditory, tactile, and verbal—alongside direct opportunities to foster positionality, reflexivity, and intersectionality in decolonization.
